What is monitored, and on which plan

The lookup on this page is the same zone-style inventory as the homepage: common hosts, mail-auth names, CAA, HTTPS, TTL, and provenance. It runs once when you submit a domain. Repeating that lookup is manual.

Scheduled monitoring is a cron job on a Growth or Scale account. Growth allows 5 jobs and Scale allows 25. Each run stores a scan and compares it with the previous one. When records were added or removed, the account email receives a change alert that lists those rows.

Free and Pro do not include scheduled monitoring. Pro keeps scan history for 30 days, Growth for 90, and Scale for 365. API access starts on Pro. The lookup above works without an account, within the free daily limit.

Questions

Does this page watch my DNS continuously?
The form runs one inventory when you look a domain up. Continuous checks are scheduled jobs. Those are available on Growth (5 jobs) and Scale (25 jobs). Free and Pro do not include scheduled monitoring.
What counts as a change?
A scheduled run compares the new inventory with the previous scan for that job. The alert email lists records that were added or removed. The scan uses the same inventory as a manual lookup, including mail-auth, CAA, and HTTPS when those names answer.
Is DNS monitoring included with Pro?
Pro includes unlimited browser lookups, API access, and 30 days of scan history. Scheduled cron jobs start on Growth. Scale raises the job limit to 25 and keeps history for 365 days.
Can I export a lookup while I am here?
The tool on this page is the real lookup. Export the rows as CSV, JSON, XML, or PDF, with TTL and provenance.
