1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dns-csv.com (the "Service"), operated by Teton Web Ventures LLC("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dns-csv.com is a DNS lookup and export tool that allows users to query DNS records for any domain and export the results in various formats (CSV, JSON, XML, PDF). The Service is available in a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro, Growth, Scale) with different usage limits and features.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service without an account subject to free-tier limits. When you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Perform automated bulk lookups in excess of your plan's stated limits without a valid API key.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
Harvest or scrape data from the Service beyond what is permitted by your plan and the API.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. API Access

API keys are issued to paid subscribers and may be used to access the Service programmatically within the limits of your plan. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not embed API keys in client-side code or public repositories. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or compromised.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Teton Web Ventures LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

DNS record data retrieved through the Service is public information. You retain full ownership of any exports you generate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DNS RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETON WEB VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teton Web Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
