1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DNS CSV ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DNS CSV is a free DNS information retrieval tool that provides users with the ability to query and retrieve DNS records for domains and subdomains. The service supports:

• Single domain DNS lookup
• Bulk domain analysis (up to 20 domains per request)
• Automatic subdomain discovery
• Retrieval of A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, SOA, and SRV DNS record types
• Export of DNS records in CSV, JSON, or XML formats

The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change or discontinuation without notice. All DNS queries are performed client-side in your browser using DNS over HTTPS (DoH) via Cloudflare and Google DNS providers.

3. User Responsibilities and Limitations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To abuse or overload the service by submitting excessive requests or attempting to circumvent the 20-domain limit for bulk processing

Service Limitations: The bulk processing feature is limited to 20 domains per request. This limit is in place to ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of David Solheim and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

6. Disclaimers

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of DNS records retrieved through the service
• Is not responsible for DNS records that may be restricted, hidden, or unavailable due to domain owner settings or DNS provider policies
• Does not guarantee that all subdomains or DNS record types will be discovered or retrieved
• Is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party DNS providers (Cloudflare DNS, Google DNS) used by the service

DNS records are retrieved in real-time from public DNS servers. The accuracy and availability of DNS records depend on the domain owner's DNS configuration and the DNS providers' responses. Some DNS records may not be publicly queryable or may be restricted by the domain owner.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall David Solheim, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
